delicious amaretto cookies with chocolate

Melt the butter in a saucepan and lightly brown over low heat. Then let the butter cool completely. Cream the cold butter with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the Amaretto, lemon zest and orange zest. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cornstarch and sift this onto the butter and sugar mixture. Knead everything into a dough. Wrap the dough in a damp kitchen towel and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Then form the dough into round balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a small indentation in the center of the balls and bake at 180-200°C for 10-15 minutes. After baking, dust the warm cookies with powdered sugar. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler and then place a dollop of chocolate into each cookie’s hole.
