Amaretto Curd Cream with Berries

The perfect amaretto curd cream with berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 20 Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 3 tbsp Berry mix
  1. Let the frozen berry mixture thaw.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Possibly something sweet. Put the quark in a bowl.
  3. Add the amaretto to the quark and stir.
  4. Stir the whipped cream into the quark,
  5. fold in the berry mixture
  6. and then spread the Amarettini biscuits on top.
  7. Cool places or serve straight away.
