Amaretto Curd Cream with Berries
The perfect amaretto curd cream with berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 1 a cup Cream
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- 20 Amarettini almond biscuits
- 3 tbsp Berry mix
- Let the frozen berry mixture thaw.
- Whip the cream until stiff. Possibly something sweet. Put the quark in a bowl.
- Add the amaretto to the quark and stir.
- Stir the whipped cream into the quark,
- fold in the berry mixture
- and then spread the Amarettini biscuits on top.
- Cool places or serve straight away.
