Ingredients
 

For the dough

  • 0,5 dice Fresh yeast
  • 500 g Flour
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt

For covering

  • 600 g Leek
  • 300 g Ham cubes
  • 50 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 300 g Gouda cheese
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Nutmeg from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the yeast into small pieces and mix with the sugar until the yeast becomes liquid. Knead the salt, flour, oil and 200 ml of lukewarm water as well as the yeast into a dough. Now put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the leek into 1 cm rings and wash. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the diced ham in it. Add the leek and cook with it. Now stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper from the mill and nutmeg from the mill.
  • Roll out the dough on wrapping paper and place on a baking sheet. Place the cooled leek on top and sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Good Appetite.
