Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with chocolate
Cream the butter until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix. Pour the cake batter into a greased bundt or loaf pan. I prefer silicone pans. Bake at 175°C (150°C fan-assisted) on the middle rack for about 70 minutes (test with a toothpick). Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
