Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 ml Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Amarettini, crumbled
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (Burbon vanilla ice cream), large scoops
  • some cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a medium bowl, combine 80 ml of Amaretto, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then slowly stir in the cream. Once the cream is completely incorporated, whip until stiff peaks form. In a large glass, add the crushed amaretti biscuits and 2-3 cherries, followed by a scoop of ice cream and the cream. Then, top the cream with more crushed amaretti biscuits, refrigerate, and enjoy.
