Wraps – colorful, easy, quick and vegan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 wraps
  • 4 tsp spread, flavor: paprika and cashew
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 2 radishes
  • ¼ bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wraps with vegetable filling – also good for preparing for the office, university, etc.

Cut the carrot into ribbon noodles using a vegetable peeler. Dice the bell pepper, cut the lettuce into strips, and finely slice the radishes. Line the wraps and spread each with 2 teaspoons of spreadable cream. Arrange vegetables on top, if desired, sprinkle with hemp seeds, and roll up the wraps. Roll the wraps in wax paper, fold over the ends, cut in half, and enjoy.
