Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart(s)
  • 6 peach(s) from the can
  • 80 g sheep’s cheese
  • 30 g cashew nuts
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 100 ml garlic sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Burger with cucumber, peppers, feta cheese and peach

Wash the lettuce and cucumber. Cut the bell pepper into rings and the cucumber into slices. Tear the leaves off the romaine lettuce. Cut the peaches into thin strips. Roughly crumble the feta cheese. Chop the cashews. Knead the ground beef with 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce and the cashews, season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into four flat patties. Cook the patties in a pan, turning frequently. Cut the buns in half and spread a little garlic sauce on both sides. Top the bottom half with a lettuce leaf and the burger patty. Top the patty with cucumber, pointed peppers, peaches, and feta cheese.
