Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (cream or almond)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Cake icing (chocolate or lemon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Small pastries

Mix pudding mix with milk. Make a tough batter from the listed ingredients. Drop dough balls (about 1 tablespoon) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Cover the cooled American cookies with either lemon glaze or chocolate glaze.
