with or without chocolate, makes 12 pieces

First, melt the butter in a saucepan. Meanwhile, crush the biscuits, preferably in a bag. Then add the biscuits to the butter, mix everything together, and pour the mixture into a springform pan. Finally, press the mixture firmly onto the base and place it in the oven at 130 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. While the base is baking, stir together the sugar, cream cheese, and sour cream. If you like, melt the chocolate in a water bath and add it to the cream. Stir everything together again until smooth and even. Once the base is ready, let it cool. Then spread the cream and put the cake back in the oven at 130 degrees Celsius for another hour. When the time is up, let it cool and then refrigerate for at least three hours.
