American Cheesecake with Strawberries

- 5 sheet Gelatin
- 400 g Strawberry puree
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 7 sheet Gelatin
- 250 g Philadelphia
- 100 g Milk
- 250 g Strawberry puree
- 75 g Sugar
- 200 g Whipped cream
- Light sponge cake
- Fresh strawberries
- White chocolate
- 1st jelly: Mix the strawberry puree with the sugar, first soak the gelatine in cold water, then liquefy it in a little strawberry puree and mix with the rest of the puree.
- 2nd cream: Mix Philadelphia with the sugar and strawberry puree and stir until smooth. Soak the gelatine in cold water, then liquefy it in the warm milk. Pour into the Philadelphia cream and stir, then fold in the cream.
- Line the rings with foil and place a thick, light-colored sponge cake in each one. Fill about halfway with cream, then add a good tablespoon of jelly and marble with a skewer. Put another portion of cream on top, leave some space in the ring and fill up with the rest of the jelly. Refrigerate.
