Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 225 g butter
- 200 g white sugar
- 200 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g chocolate drops or chocolate chips
- 200 g nuts, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
makes approx. 125 pieces
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt and stir in. Finally, add the nuts and chocolate chips and fold in. Drop the mixture onto the baking sheet using 2 teaspoons. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes until crispy.
