- ½ white cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 1 apple
- 175 ml mayonnaise
- e.g. yogurt
- e.g. salt and pepper
- ½ lemon(s)
- e.g. apple cider vinegar

Cut the white cabbage and carrots into pieces large enough to fit in the food processor, then grate them with a coarse grater. Alternatively, you can also cut everything into fine strips with a knife, but this is more time-consuming. Dice the apple and add it. Then prepare the dressing. To make it, mix the mayonnaise with a little yogurt to make it a little more runny. Then add the lemon juice. Mix the dressing with the cabbage and season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, a little mild vinegar (e.g., apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar).
