Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 1 bottle of vanilla flavoring
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 150 g chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

makes 2 trays

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the vanilla essence, and beat in with the egg. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt, then stir in. Fold in the hazelnuts and chopped chocolate. Use a tablespoon to place small heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper—really small heaping spoonfuls, as the cookies will still rise. Then bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes. You can’t go wrong with this recipe, and it tastes absolutely delicious!
