Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 110 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 120 g chocolate chips or Smarties

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla sugar and mix in with the egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and mix in, then stir in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips or Smarties. Use a teaspoon to place small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between each heap, as the cookies will spread. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 14 minutes, until risen and golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet with a spatula after five minutes. Best stored in a lunch box. One serving makes about 30 cookies.
