Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 360 g flour
- 200 g chopped white chocolate coating
- 100 g almonds, sliced
- 5 drops of bitter almond flavor, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Whisk the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy, then thoroughly beat in the eggs. Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and stir until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the chocolate coating, almonds, and bitter almond oil. Drop the batter by teaspoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving plenty of space between each (about 9 pieces per sheet). Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
