American Double Choco Brownies

  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 50 g Chopped white chocolate
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts

After thinking for a moment, I think why not when there are so many here. Who is not convinced that his recipe is the best or at least very good. Hence another brownie recipe and it is really very American. !!

The preparation:

  1. The chocolate should contain at least 70% cocoa, more is even better, but that is a matter of taste. As a first step, generously butter out a shape measuring 23 cm x 23 cm or 24 cm x 24 cm.
  2. Melt 220 grams of the chocolate with 150 grams of butter in a water bath. Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then stir in the lukewarm chocolate alternately with the flour. Finally, carefully fold in the white chocolate and nuts.
  3. In the same container, melt the rest of the chocolate with the rest of the butter and keep warm in the water bath.
  4. Spread the dough evenly in the mold and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes. Use wooden sticks to ensure that it doesn’t get too dry. Let it cool down and carefully cut off the edge thinly. Then cut the cake into 4 cm – 5 cm squares.
  5. Now dip each brownie individually in the liquid chocolate, drain on a wire rack and let cool off. Crumble the cut cake crust in your hand and sprinkle over the brownies as a deco.
