Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 100 g tomato ketchup
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 g cornichon(s), diced
- a little salt and pepper, black pepper from the mill
- a little sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
- 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Salad dressing for smaller supplies
Puree all ingredients with a hand blender until smooth, then pour into small jars or use immediately. This quantity makes about 2-3 jars. Store in the refrigerator and use quickly. Perfect with various salads or as a dip.
