Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork schnitzel
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 can of corn
  • Soy sauce
  • some butter
  • Oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Strips of meat with corn and leek

Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in oil, season with pepper and salt, remove from the pan, and let stand, covered. Slice the leek and sauté with butter in a large saucepan until soft. Add the drained corn and season to taste. Add the meat and season with soy sauce, if desired. Serve with rice.
