Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions

Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with the milk, salt, and vanilla sugar. Add the flour and whisk again. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form and fold in. Fry in batches in oil in a hot pan. Serve with maple syrup, jam, applesauce, or chocolate sauce.
