Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g pasta (elbow macaroni)
- 50 g celery, sliced
- 1 tomato(s), diced
- 1 small onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tbsp parsley, flat-leaf, finely chopped
- 90 g mayonnaise
- 90 g sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente, let it cool, and transfer it to a salad bowl. Slice the celery stalk and add it. Dice the tomato, finely dice the onion, and finely chop the parsley. In a smaller bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream, add the mustard, vinegar, and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, toss everything together, and serve. This salad can also be prepared a day ahead.
