Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, preferably spirals
  • 3 cucumber(s), green
  • 2 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip balance
  • Pepper, white
  • Salt or herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Cook the spirals until al dente. Peel the three cucumbers and slice them. Peel the onions, quarter them, and then slice them into strips. Finely chop the dill. Combine the cucumbers, onions, dill, and Miracle Whip Balance. Season with white pepper and herb salt, or regular salt. Then fold in the spirals. Mix well. This makes a delicious, light summer pasta salad. A great accompaniment to a barbecue.
