Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper

Shred the cabbage into fine strips and knead vigorously with the salt. Grate the carrots. Peel the onion and slice into fine rings. Roughly chop the parsley. For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad, stir, and let it marinate, ideally overnight. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, and sugar before serving.
