Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g hazelnuts (ground)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 cl Amaretto
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(Amaretto biscuits for Latte Macchiato)

Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the vanilla flavoring and Amaretto, then stir in the nuts. Place 2 teaspoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
