Anchovy Butter
The perfect anchovy butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter
- 1 bunch Herbs
- 3 Anchovy fillets
- 2 Garlic cloves pressed
- Cut the anchovies into small pieces and puree them very finely in the blender. Chop the herbs and puree briefly. Mix all ingredients with the very soft butter and allow to spread.
- An additional addition of salt is not necessary due to the high salt content of the anchovies.
