Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 sheets of puff pastry, frozen
  • 50 ml tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 jar anchovies
  • 1 slice(s) cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Defrost the puff pastry in the microwave at 200 watts for 2 minutes. Mix tomato paste with water until smooth and season with pepper, salt, and Provençal herbs. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on 1 sheet of puff pastry, place 2 anchovies and 1/6 slice of cheese in the center, and roll up. Bake the 6 anchovy florets for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat).
