delicious with rice

Wash the chicken thighs and rub them generously with salt and curry powder. Fry the diced onion and finely chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of heated oil. Add the chicken thighs and sear on all sides. Pour in the broth. Add the cinnamon powder, soy sauce, and bay leaves. Simmer gently until the meat is cooked. If the sauce is too runny, thicken with a little cornstarch or a light sauce thickener. Serve hot. Rice goes well with this dish.
