Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar tomato(s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • possibly parsley if required, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with grilled food or on fresh flatbread

Drain the tomatoes thoroughly and then roughly chop them. Add the butter, garlic, and tomato paste and puree everything with a hand blender. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Season with fresh parsley, if desired.
