Andalouse Sauce

The perfect andalouse sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0,5 tsp Paprika
  • 2 pinch Garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • Harissa paste to taste
  1. Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well together. Season again briefly and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  2. Goes well with grilled meat, poultry, French fries, as a sandwich cream, as a dip, with a turkey burger in my KB or with fish fingers or sucukdöner: D.
