Dessert: Mocha Tiramisu

The perfect dessert: mocha tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 26 piece Spekulatius
  • 100 ml Mocha strong
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g Mascarpone
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coffee brittle … RZ in my KB
  • Mocha beans
  1. Sweeten the mocha with sugar. Mix the mascarpone, cream and vanilla sugar thoroughly.
  2. Place half of the speculoos (the amount may vary depending on the shape) in a small baking tray or something similar and soak with 50ml of sweetened mocha. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top.
  3. Drizzle another layer of speculoos and mocha on top. Stir the coffee brittle into the rest of the mascarpone cream, then spread it on the speculoos. Garnish with mocha beans.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (better longer).
