Dessert: Mocha Tiramisu
The perfect dessert: mocha tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 26 piece Spekulatius
- 100 ml Mocha strong
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 400 g Mascarpone
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Coffee brittle … RZ in my KB
- Mocha beans
- Sweeten the mocha with sugar. Mix the mascarpone, cream and vanilla sugar thoroughly.
- Place half of the speculoos (the amount may vary depending on the shape) in a small baking tray or something similar and soak with 50ml of sweetened mocha. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top.
- Drizzle another layer of speculoos and mocha on top. Stir the coffee brittle into the rest of the mascarpone cream, then spread it on the speculoos. Garnish with mocha beans.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (better longer).
