Ingredients
 

  • 550 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Can Pineapple pieces, approx. 135 gr drained weight
  • 1 Can Asparagus, approx. 200 g drained weight
  • 1 Can Mushrooms, approx. 200 g drained weight
  • 0,5 glass Miracel Whip, balance
  • Chicken broth
  • Pineapple juice
  • Pepper and salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken on a low flame, remove and allow to cool. Then cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Quarter the pineapple pieces, cut the asparagus into pieces and quarter the mushrooms.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix Miracel Whip, chicken broth, pineapple juice, salt and pepper to create a smooth sauce. Taste it !!! Pour over the ingredients and mix everything well. Season again and season if necessary. Or who wants to make a quick mayonnaise. Only takes 2 minutes and tastes even better.
  • Serve with baguette
