Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g olive oil
- 30 g mustard (hot)
- 30 g ketchup
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 15 g garlic (cut into very small cubes)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
(for 5 slices of meat)
Place everything in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the mixture thickly over the meat and let it sit for at least 3 hours.
