Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g almond(s), ground (roasted)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 cl syrup, caramel syrup (recipe in my profile)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Addition to coffee or latte macchiato etc.
First, toast the almonds in a dry pan and let them cool. Beat the egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, then mix with the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Drop small dollops onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Be careful, it will still be quite soft until it cools.
