Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
- 150 ml milk
- 4 cl syrup (caramel syrup, recipe from my profile)
- 1 tbsp honey
- some cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Drink for hot days
Combine all ingredients, except the cream, in a shaker and shake well. If you don’t have a shaker, you can also use a larger screw-top jar. Pour into a highball glass, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, and top with a cap. Pour some caramel syrup over the top for decoration and enjoy.
