Fruity rice dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice (125 g, boil-in-the-bag)
  • 200 g quark (low-fat)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • some blackberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice and let it cool. Lightly toast the almonds in a pan and let it cool. Whisk the quark with milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then add the rice. Dice the peeled apples and peaches and fold them into the quark and rice mixture. Garnish with the toasted almonds and blackberries. Also delicious with other fruits.
