Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g vanilla sugar (homemade)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml oil
  • 200 ml liqueur (cream liqueur)
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (bitter almond flavoring)
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

my own creation

Combine the sugars and beat with the eggs until frothy. Stir in the oil, then add the liqueur and almond flavoring. Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Pour into a springform pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C (do the toothpick test).
