Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g honey
  • 150 ml milk
  • 5 plums, pitted and halved
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and cut into pieces
  • 150 g grapes, halved
  • some honey for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruit salad with cream

Make a cream from quark, crème fraîche, milk, and honey. Add the fruit and mix well. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with a little honey before serving and enjoy.
