Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g quark 40%, alternatively 20%
  • 300 g yogurt, creamy or Greek
  • 1 serving of compote (apple with butter and coconut blossom sugar, see my recipes)
  • possibly sugar or other sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

super delicious

Mix the quark and yogurt well. Stir in the apple, butter, and coconut blossom sugar compote, reserving a little for the topping. Sweeten with a little more sugar, if desired.
