Andi's Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 220 g strawberries, hulled
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon or simple
  • 2 tsp, heaped gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 10 drops butter-vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the strawberries and place them in a saucepan. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the gelling sugar and simmer for another 2 minutes. Let cool and serve with ice cream or vanilla pudding.
