Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 sachet of cream powder (Paradise Cream Vanilla)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 500 g currants, red
  • 1 bag of jelly, yellow

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Make a batter from eggs, water, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes. Allow the cake base to cool. Stir the paradise cream into 250 ml of milk and spread it over the cooled cake base. Add the stemmed currants on top. Cook the jelly according to the package instructions. Once cooled slightly, spread it over the cake.
