Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g margarine
  • 1 jar jam (strawberry jam)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 100 pieces

Knead the ingredients into a dough and then roll it out on a floured surface. Cut out two rosettes of different sizes (you can also use stars/hearts, etc., as long as they’re two different sizes) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes and let cool. Warm the jam slightly and brush it onto the small rosette, then place it on top of the large rosette. Dust with powdered sugar and let it dry overnight. The next day, you can store them in a tin.
