- 150 g margarine, soft
- 130 g sugar
- 5 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g ground almonds
- 130 g flour
- 200 g almond flakes

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line approximately two baking sheets with baking paper. Cream the butter with the sugar and bitter almond extract until creamy, then add the egg. Mix the ground almonds with the flour and stir in. The dough should be sticky and not fall off the spoon. Place the almond flakes in a bowl. Scoop a teaspoon of dough into the almond flakes, gently roll them in with your fingers, and place them on the baking sheet. Leave a gap of approximately 3 cm on the baking sheet, as the cookies will almost double in size during baking. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes until golden brown, remove from the baking sheet, and let cool.
