Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 grains of allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp pepper berries, pink, pink
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), dried & roasted
  • ½ tsp basil
  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fish seasoning for frying

Season the fish with it before and/or after frying! Coarsely grind all ingredients in a blender and sprinkle over the fish you’re cooking (cod, redfish, pollock, etc.) and fry as usual! Gift ideas: Layer all ingredients in a small jar (no larger than 50 ml), tie a ribbon, and include the recipe as instructions! Shelf life: approximately 6 months!
