Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- 250 g quark
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the feta finely and mix with the quark. Peel and deseed the green cucumber, then cut into small cubes. Peel and press the garlic. Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into small rolls. Stir the diced cucumber, garlic, and chives into the feta and quark mixture, then season the spread with salt and pepper.
