Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tsp anise powder
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • Flour for the work surface
  • some milk or egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beat butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until fluffy. Sift flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into the egg mixture. Knead with the custard powder, anise, and cream. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the biscuits with milk or egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
