Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 1 tsp anise powder, very fine
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • some milk
  • possibly chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes

Cream butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until fluffy. Sift flour, cornstarch, and baking powder over the egg mixture. Knead with the custard powder, anise, and cream. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 12 minutes. Decorate with chocolate coating, if desired.
