Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 450 g rosehip pulp (= 1 jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

makes about 40 pieces

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and chill for about 1 hour. Mix the ingredients for the crumb topping together until you have a nice crumbly mixture. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out hearts. Spread each heart generously with rosehip jam and sprinkle with plenty of crumb topping. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes.
