Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), diced
  • 300 g zucchini, sliced
  • 400 g beef (fillet or loin), cut into strips
  • 100 g chicory, cut into strips
  • 100 g Lollo Rosso, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 50 g chives, finely chopped
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 50 g balsamic vinegar herb dressing
  • 10 cl lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finest Food

Mix the balsamic herb dressing with water and olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms, bell pepper pieces, zucchini slices, and beef strips in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Remove the hot pan from the heat, pour over some of the balsamic herb dressing, and let it marinate briefly. Marinate the feta cheese cubes in lemon juice and olive oil. Dress the leaf salads with the remaining dressing and arrange on serving plates. Arrange the vegetables and beef on top. Serve garnished with feta cheese cubes and chives.
