Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g meat sausage
- 50 g butter
- 4 tbsp ketchup (spiced ketchup)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 250 ml broth
- 20 ml milk
- possibly sauce thickener
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the spring onions, bell peppers, and sausage and fry in butter. Then add the spiced ketchup and mix. Pour in the broth and milk, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if desired. If the sauce is too thin, stir in a little more sauce thickener. This goes very well with pasta.
