Antipasti: Zucchini with Mozzarella
The perfect antipasti: zucchini with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Zucchini green
- 2 piece Mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, aglio olio seasoning
- Wash the two courgettes and cut them into slices. Fry the slices one after the other in a pan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then arrange in a circle on a plate with the sliced mozzarella.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with aglio olio spice. Super delicious in summer, quick and easy !!!!!
