Side Dish: Ajvar Mashed Potatoes

  • 650 g Potatoes, floury
  • 3 tbsp Ajvar, mild or spicy
  • 100 g Crème légère, 15% fat
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 Msp Celery salt
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Maggi herb, chopped
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes, chop them roughly and cook them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft. Then drain, leaving a little water in the pot. Process into a pulp with the tamper.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve while warm.
